Including Confidential Projects in your Portfolio

If you've been working as an instructional designer for some time now, then you've probably felt frustrated that some of your best work is confidential.

You use your skillset to design great learning experiences, but due to the nature of your arrangement with your employer or client, you cannot make any of it public or show off your skills to the world.

In this video, I offer some tips and strategies that you can use to highlight your skillset and help people see what you're capable of.When you handle this well and design a great portfolio, you can land more (and better) opportunities.
