Devlin Peck is an instructional design educator and founder of Peck Academy, a licensed career school in Oregon, as well as the publisher of DevlinPeck.com, an educational resource focused on instructional design careers. Since 2018, he has helped more than 1,200 professionals build job-ready instructional design portfolios and transition into corporate learning and development roles.
Devlin is the founder of Peck Academy, a licensed private career school in Oregon that provides structured, outcomes-focused training in instructional design. The Academy was established to formalize and expand earlier portfolio-based training programs into a regulated educational institution aligned with employer expectations and state requirements.
In addition to leading Peck Academy, Devlin oversees the educational content published on DevlinPeck.com, which serves as a resource for individuals exploring or advancing careers in instructional design.
Before founding Peck Academy, Devlin worked as an instructional designer and eLearning developer, creating digital learning experiences for corporate and organizational clients. His work focused on translating complex information into practical, learner-centered solutions and supporting performance improvement initiatives.
This hands-on industry experience informs the curriculum, standards, and portfolio expectations used across his educational programs.
