The ID Project Lab is still under development. This means that we're actively working on adding more content to the course, and you will get access to the new lessons as we build them. You'll also be invited to focus groups to share your feedback and help guide our development decisions.
Once the course is complete, the cost of joining will increase to reflect the increased value.
You do not need any background knowledge for the In-Demand ID bundle. The courses take a beginner-friendly approach to the learning process, whether that's getting the hang of a tool like Storyline or helping you navigate conversations with stakeholders.
The content will guide you step-by-step from beginner to intermediate to advanced concepts. And if you have any questions or need help, you can get support in our private course community spaces.
The bundle does not include feedback from our team (although we do have systems, templates, and rubrics in place to help you get and give good feedback from your peers).
If you'd like access to coaching, personalized feedback, and support from our team, then you can inquire about the ID Portfolio Bootcamp program (where we work with you directly to help you succeed).
Also note that enrolling in this bundle gives you access to all of the same content that people get in the ID Portfolio Bootcamp program, but the only difference is that you don't get the 1-on-1 feedback and support from our team in this bundle.
Finally, if you decide to enroll in the all-inclusive programs at a later date, you are able to apply the price you pay for this bundle to the full cost of the programs if you upgrade within 60 days.
Since everyone's availability and background knowledge varies, there is no set duration for completing the courses. You can upskill on your own timeline, and your access to the courses does not expire.
That being said, it takes most people about 8 weeks to complete the Storyline Project Lab and about 3 months to complete their flagship projects and portfolio websites.
Since you have access to all of the content as soon as you join, the pace at which you move through it is completely up to you.
For the Storyline Project Lab and flagship project courses, the only required piece of software is Articulate Storyline 360. Most people who complete this process do so using Articulate's generous free trial, but you are also free to purchase the program (and there are educator discounts available).
For your portfolio website, you'll need a domain and website builder. This ranges in price from ~$10 to $200 per year depending on the programs that you use.
You'll have the option to use additional tools, such as Vyond or the Adobe Creative Cloud, but these tools are not required and there are always cheaper or free alternatives.
